Q. What is TheMobileMarket.com?

A. TheMobileMarket concerns all aspects of the mobile home industry in upstate South Carolina, except new home sales. Whether buying a home or listing your home for sell to related services such as grading and septic tank installation, you can find it here. Most importantly we have a unique, easy to use, timesaving method for helping you find and purchase repossessed and used mobile homes and land/home packages at greatly reduced prices.

Q. Other sites sell repo’s. What, if anything, is so different about buying a home through TheMobileMarket.com?

A. TheMobileMarket.com website is powered by innovative software that will give you the latest and greatest Internet experience. Log on; answer a few questions as to what you are looking for, and immediately, a list of homes matching YOUR preferences becomes available. Should nothing be currently available, you will be notified by e-mail whenever such a home is listed. Pictures, specifications, suggested purchase price…everything about the home will be right there, available to you in the comfort of your own home, without any of the hassle of the normal dealership, classifieds, or general Internet search. And because of the mixed listings, it is so easy to compare the possibilities: should you buy repossessed or used?… how much home and what quality home can you afford?… whether to finance or not and how much?

Q. Suggested price? Is this some kind of marketing ploy?

A. No. There are other wholesale marketers out there. If your not aware of this, certainly we are. We cannot guarantee that we will absolutely, bar none, beat the pants off any and every dealer and deal out there. No one can. But we try. And we are at least equal to them in terms of price. What is so different is the time that you will save and the ease of use.

Q. I am still concerned about “SUGGESTED PRICE”.

A. These homes are bank repossessions and generally are up for bid. You certainly can bid lower than the suggested price and we will always do everything in our power to help you acquire the home for the absolutely lowest price. Some of the deals we have done were just unbelievable! (For example: the 1999 model top-of-the line 28x76 Fleetwood in like new condition on the home page sold for $22,500.00). But the bottom line is, if we can get to the bank first with the suggested price (price based on our experience in the industry) you will have the home you want at that price.

Q. Are there any hidden cost or add on fees?

A. Absolutely not! We do our homework ahead of time. Past due lot rents and past due property taxes (if there are any) are included in our prices. The only additional cost is the sales tax! We invite you, even recommend, that you shop our competition first. Go as far as the closing table. Just don’t sign until you have checked us out.

Q. I do not have cash. Do you offer financing?

A. We do not offer financing on bank-repossessed mobile homes. On these we must have cash or certified cashiers check available at the time we make our bid. We can help you obtain financing for land/home packages. What’s more, individuals with take-over-payment arrangements list their homes for sale here.

Q. This sounds like a whole lot more than your average Repo-For-Sale business. What else do you offer?
