| Find a Home
Dear Valued Customer:
This short registration
process is designed only for those who are very serious about saving
thousands of dollars on a mobile home purchase. IF you are a serious
buyer, Welcome! Please take the time to think and be as specific as
possible in stating the exact characteristics you want. The preferences
you list will be used to generate a list of “matching” homes. Once
done, you will be able to browse around, county by county, and across
all categories. Should you browse and find something outside of your
stated objectives, just add that particular home to your watch list. If
you own land, in all likelihood, you want a single-wide or double-wide.
If you do not own land, you will be entering “land/home” in your
preferences. Again, once this is done, you will be able to browse all
current listings.
A couple of
considerations:
Your time is a very precious commodity while the efficient use of our
small staff is critical to maintaining our low overhead. It is counter
productive for someone new to the market to wonder “how cheap can I
get a mobile home?”. We do sell single-wides for storage for as little
as $1500.00. They are 10x40, 20 years old, and not suitable for
habitation. Please enter a dollar figure based on your budget and not on
some rumor you may have heard.
Keep in mind our prices
do not reflect the cost of your move. A double-wide will cost you
roughly $3500.00 to move; a single-wide $1500.00.
Some of the questions
you will answer may seem a bit personal. Be assured that there is a high
level of security on this website. Also, do not be afraid of leaving a
contact phone number. Our policy is to call you only once to verify and
further clarify your objectives.
We scour the country
logging thousands of hours and miles to bring you the best homes
available on the repo market . We firmly believe that our site provides
the best experience the internet has to offer. This is NOT a gimmick,
come-on or bait-and-switch tactic. We treat our customers with respect.
Please treat this resource likewise.
Thank you,
Tom Spearman - President
